4096 - Puzzle App Reviews

I would give five stars if the current game youre playing could be saved. Maybe there is a way but I cant do it and some games run a long time.

This game takes around half an hour or so to play, so if you only have five-minute breaks to play it, you have to break it up Ono chunks. Except you cant, because when you leave the app and come back to it, all progress is lost and you come back to a screen with only two tiles. Fail.

I cant open the app without data/wifi

I thought I would give this a try even though I still havent beaten 2048. This game was incredible easy I beat it on my first try in only about 15 minutes. You cannot go above the 4096 tile so I found that a little dumb but I did have a lot of fun playing it through.

Easier than 2048 so you can play longer.

I get that its an easy game...much easier than 2048, but its therapeutic and enjoyable. The problem is that a game literally takes hours, and its nearly impossible to play right through until it ends. Sometimes you can return to the game, and sometimes the game is not there, and hours of time have been wasted. Until the game saves properly, I dont recommend this app unless you have all day to play!

Its frustrating to make it to 4096 and not be able to save. I made it to 8192 before and had 4096 on the board also but who has time to keep going? Need to be able to safe game and come back later.

When I close out and restart it often resets the game back to the beginning. This is incredibly frustrating! I had reached 4096 and had the perfect line up to keep going much much higher and RESET. Sure the game is fun, but whats the point if its going to reset so you cant really put time into it. Developers have got to get a save game function.

Love the game. But every time you switch apps you have to restart. So do to I go for my new high score or answer the call ...

"Sound Off" setting does not stick. Sometimes when returning to the app (to resume a game) it just resets and you must start again from scratch. Fix these issues and it would get a 4/5.

Game is fun, I like the 5x5 board. However, whats making this a bad experience is that the game board and sound off both reset. I had kept going after winning the game, tapped the ad on the bottom by mistake, came back to the game and it was gone. GONE!!!!!

As many others have stated, this app is worthless until the ability to save your game is added. You will lose the fame before its finished, and you will have wasted hours of time.

I really enjoy playing. I havent had any problem losing what I had done. It picks up where I left off. (Keep reading) That was then. Now, every time I close any apps by swiping to the top (not 4096), it closes itself and starts a new game. Please fix this. It is very frustrating, to say the least!

Quite possibly the most obsession-invoking game Ive ever played.

This is a very fun addicting game. My daughter introduced me to this game and I cannot put it down!!!!
